Publishing Model
IJQCI operates on a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review model to ensure the highest standards of scientific integrity and unbiased evaluation. Authors have the option to publish their accepted manuscripts under an Open Access license (CC BY or CC BY-NC) to maximize the visibility and impact of their work.
Peer Review Policy
All submitted manuscripts undergo a strict double-blind peer review process. The identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout. Each manuscript is evaluated by a minimum of two independent expert referees. Authors typically receive the first editorial decision within 21 working days of submission. Accepted manuscripts are subject to copyediting and proofreading before final publication.
Manuscripts found to have an overall similarity index of 15% or above (excluding references) will be returned to authors for revision before entering peer review.
